Our succulent meat's are Memphis inspired ( no sauce necessary) with Kansas City flavor profiles designed to please everyone. All meat's are slow smoked for many hours over Pecan wood to infuse a sweet never harsh kiss of smoke, and tenderness rarely achieved by most.
