Dutruex was just incredible in her role as a retro-fashion inspired hula hooping model during our promotional photo gig. On time, extremely well prepared, personable, finely poised and just a wonderfully delightful person to work with. Tasked with doing her own hair styling, makeup and wardrobe, she executed each flawlessly. Amazing and creative performer, so much so that I would catch myself wanting to watch her perform and forget to snap the shutter on the camera!

In my many years in the entertainment business, I have never seen a more talented hula hoop performer! The first time I saw her performance at the Portland Saturday Market, I was absolutely blown away. Some of the tricks that Alex comes up with, especially the blindfolded tricks, are phenomenal! You will seldom see a more dedicated and hard working performer. She even makes her own hula hoops, LED hoops, and fire hoops! Alex has a very charming and colorful personality. She is highly professional, and quite friendly! I would recommend Dutruex Hills Hoops for ANY event!
