Absolutely wonderful from booking the event until the event was completed. East Tennessean Santa was just what I was looking for. Very helpful in the planning and was an exceptional Santa to our entire crowd from 1-94!!!! Everyone was wonder struck when Santa appeared. He is truly exceptional, believable, warm and kind.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the very beginning. Santa was in touch immediately and stayed in touch. Had great suggestions for the event. Was prompt. But most of all, we all just loved him. So nice, friendly and the perfect Santa!!

We couldn't have had a better Santa. Absolutely the BEST. Entertaining, patient, and engaged.
Not only was this Santa authentic, but he was so easy to work with, did what he said he would do, and had a jolly spirit that really made even the most skeptical believer think he just might be the real deal. Would recommend him over and over! My only reservation with recommending him so highly is I want to make sure he’s available again next year for us! Ha!
Santa was very patient with all the kids, we were able to get lots of photos!
East Tennessee Santa called us over zoom as we are out of state. He took time to message with me prior to the meeting so that he could gather enough information on the kids to surprise them ahead of their questions. On the call, Santa was fantastic! He answered the kids' questions calmly and sincerely (no matter how many times they asked the same ones). He took down their wish lists and, when they asked if they could help him on Christmas, he had a great response about sharing the spirit of Santa. I highly recommend East Tennessee Santa as he is gentle, kind, patient, and very much embodies the jovial spirit that you can imagine a Santa should have. This definitely created enchanting memories for my kids - they're still talking about their call with Santa!
