We specialize in creating balloon art that will WOW your guest, and elevate your vision through the broad and diverse experience we have in the balloon industry. Started the business in 2018 in order to serve Washington DC and surrounding areas with fun, fast, and fabulous balloon designs.

Sparkle did an AMAZING JOB 👏 Outstanding customer service, extremely detailed oriented. Every one at the party absolutely love the decorations and constantly complimented the layout and design. Eclectic Designz understood my vision with minimal instructions and made my event the exact replica of my artistic requests. The owner is totally invested in producing the best outcome for the overall success of each client's event, not limited to design and set up, but also a one stop shop for complete event planning from beginning to end, allowing me the time to focus on the importance of guest planning and allowing time to address and challenges on my behalf with behind the scenes unforseen hiccups.
