I am an acoustic one man show. I offer a wide variety of songs from the 70's through now, but spend a lot of my sets hanging out in the 80's. I have a compact set up and I can play up to a 4 hour show.

Ed delivers an acoustic singer/songwriter style show. He plays songs that people know and love, and some songs that people forgot they know and love. He engages well with the crowd and plays songs that encourages them to sing along. One of Ed's greatest joys in playing live is having people tell him how they have forgotten how much they loved a song.
Ed Daniels grew up in Tarkio Missouri where he developed his life long love for words and music. Years of writing his own songs and playing bass guitar in various bands awarded him the chance to move to L.A. to co–write and play bass on an album for a former college band mate.
Ed moved out West and began further pursuing his musical goals. He played original songs at various open mic nights and also played bass in the band for “The Bold and the Beautiful” actor Winsor Harmon. A few years into his stay in LA-LA land, he met and started working with award winning jazz singer/songwriter Mark Winkler.
Ed released his first album in 2009 titled 7 Days. Since then, Ed has traveled to Nashville multiple times and has pitched his songs to ASCAP reps, past ASCAP vice president and award winning songwriter Tim DuBois, Universal Music Publishing, and NSAI. He continues to present his original songs and ideas to music publishers and other artists.
Ed currently lives in Las Vegas Nevada and is promoting his new ep Letting Go.
Ed requires little space to perform. No more than a karaoke DJ would need.

Ed's influences range is very broad. He grew up on John Denver, Willie Nelson, Rick Springfield, REO Speedwagon and The Hooters. His musical tastes then went into an even broader spectrum finding joy in bands such as Iron Maiden, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Thin Lizzy. Ed found his love for acoustic based songs in college where he found out about Indigo Girls, Billy Pilgrim, Tracey Chapman and Sheryl Crow. Ed's search for new music to enjoy and learn from is ongoing. Ed writes and performs his own songs as well.
Ed brings all of his own equipment and only requires a plug in for a surge protector that he plugs is equipment into.
