It's combined with true stories and poetry. You will find that it will make you cry, laugh and even think. I am a very excited to have the opportunity perform my spoke word with you all.
I do not just read my poetry I can make you feel it because it is something that happen to me and people in my life that I knew.
Most of my spoken word will have real life stories with them to show the audience just how I came about writing these poems.
They are very entertaining and I just love doing them for people over and over again.
Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Eleanor Blount-Scott is the youngest of six children. Her parents move to Richmond, Virginia in the early 60's where she was raised and resides.
Eleanor has spent years in the medical field where she explored different areas of interest for dietary, nursing , administrative work and more.
She repeatedly put on hold her own life while going through struggles she kept an astounding faith in God.
Eleanor has an degree in Business Science Administration, which she earned from Everest University.
Most of her Spoken word come from her book Parallel Thoughts that can be found and any major book stores such as; Book A Million, Barnes and Nobles, (link hidden) etc. by request.

I do like using mics are cordless because I move around a lot during my performance. Sometimes I also do short plays with my spoken words depending on the time frame that I have to work with.
It nice to be able to come see the place that I will be performing before that day of the show so that I can get the feel of it but if not that is ok.
I do not sing but some times I do and get the audience to help if they wish.
