Stephanie Babirak is a classically trained harpist, singer, pianist, and innovative sound artist based in New York City. Lauded by The Huffington Post as a “seraphic” artist and “a lovely harpist,” Stephanie uses synergistic sonic experiences to whisk her audiences away to another world. Her experience is diverse and ranges from playing with rock bands to playing at Carnegie Hall to accompanying live circus acts. Chances are, if you have a special music or aesthetic request- she can make it happen. Weddings, cocktail hours, funerals, haunted houses, etc! Repertoire includes classical, jazz, pop, and covers. Available as a solo artist, or as a duo with accordion, violin, or vocalist.

The ceremony was on the second floor of the Bronx museum and I was running late but Stephanie was early and I knew she playing music while people gathered for the ceremony. When I opened the doors to run up the stairs a warm glow of her harp music flowed down the stairs I was running up. It was magical. And when I went to sing Ave Maria with her that glow and calm stayed with me really helped me deliverer an great performance for my sister and her husband who cried at our performance. I’m so grateful to Stephanie for helping me create these moments. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a harpist that moves your heart.
Stephanie was amazing. She was very patient during, before and after the wedding ceremony. The music was very delightful and Stephanie was exquisite as well. She is a must to make any occasion elegant.
