The decorators executed the ideas of what I wanted. The color scheme came to light and made me in awe from the details that were shown. What is this picnic thing about?
Boho meets picnic! We offer a chic luxury dining experience. We've taken the work out of picnicking, added beautifully created charcuterie and other food options. We will change any location into a comfortable All of this is set up and delivered to your designated picnic site, you just show up and enjoy!
How do I reserve my picnic?
Our unique styled picnic seating with our Tipi wrapped in fabrics, rugs/ blankets, an assortment of throw pillows, picnic table, a complete table setting, small natural/dried floral arrangement, water, ice, and Non-Alcoholic beverage.
To book your Picnic Experience, select the date and time and complete the booking form. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the slot time, and the remaining balance within 72hrs before the picnic. Bookings will open 60Rental Time/ Set Up/Pick Up
Time Limits: Our cozy date night rental has a 2 hour time limit and our larger picnic set ups have a 4 hour time limit.
Set Up Time: The time needed for the set up will vary depending on the number of items rented, distance of set up location, and other parties we may already have scheduled.
Pick Up Time: The latest we will pick up for local parties is 10pm. Please keep in mind that most parks close at dusk! days before the session starts. Bookings close 4 days before the session starts.
How does the picnic work?
Picnics are set up and ready to go at the location and time of your choice 15-20 minutes before your set picnic time. In public locations we will communicate with you via text message to ensure that you easily find your picnic. Once you’re there, we are happy to capture some insta-worthy pictures on your phone, and then we leave you to enjoy the picnic! At the end of your picnic time we return to clean up and pack up. You’re welcome to leave before the scheduled time, but a 20 minute notification is required to ensure nothing is stolen.
What happens if it rains?
We are in Florida! Unpredictable weather is definitely something that we think about in advance. In the event that it rains we always have a back up indoor location or you also have the option of rescheduling for a future date.
Am I allowed to bring my own food?
You are more than welcome to bring your own food! We are partners with P’s Kitchen, and are able to create a customized caribbean flavored private menu. We also offer charcuterie boards, desserts and other light bites. Please see our add on menu for details and offers.
Where can we picnic?
We offer our picnics to private residences, public beaches and parks throughout the state.
Where are you located?
Florida; We are centrally located in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Area.
However we are willing to travel from Key West all the way to Tallahassee.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking. The full balance is due 72 hours before the event. There will be a 100% charge for now-shows. If you do not show up for the scheduled Picnic, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat(s) will have been lost. The schedule Picnic will start at the time assigned. If you are running late, the picnic will still start and end at the time slot originally assigned; It will be at our discretion to extend the time.
Picnic Liability
During the duration of your picnic, our guests will be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Each item has been priced and will We do not permit the use of any open flame candles at our picnics, and we are not liable for any consequences of live fire. Additionally, do not in any circumstances leave your picnic unattended. If you would like to leave your picnic early, please message us 15 mins prior to when you would like to leave, and we will return right away.
