Meeting and going over current strengths, weaknesses and desired outcomes. Picking a song or two that helps promote free movement, stretching, and then working on choreography. The ideal would be to book multiple classes, to ultimately have a choreographed routine that’s ready to perform (or a few).

I’m a professionally trained dancer, with a background in an array of styles, including: jazz, hip-hop, lyrical/contemporary, modern and tap. I have worked with children and adults on their dance skills, and have choreographed numbers for individuals and groups.
