You would think finding a singer/songwriter for a corporate event would be an easy task. Not so much. I needed someone “special” at a decent price. Finally found Ellis and both my client and event team were thrilled to have a professional, responsive manager to work with. Amy is fantastic! And Ellis has the perfect blend of genuine talent, stage presence and the personality to interact with clients. We couldn’t have been happier.
I threw a birthday party for my wife in a Private room at Jeff Rubys steakhouse. Ellis was great! Came in, sang a birthday tune and a couple of covers during dinner. He was a true professional with a great voice, and a talent on the guitar. Amy his manager did a great job communicating and she was so nice. They even brought a t-shirt for my wife and some koozies for the rest of us!

Growing up just outside of Monroe, NC, Ellis Griffin credits his grandpa, whom he lived with at a young age, for his love of country music. Some of his fondest memories are hearing classic tunes on his truck radio while delivering cattle to auction.
Ellis’ taste in country music never changed. Artists like George Strait, Randy Travis, and Josh Turner, are just a few who continue to influence his writing and vocal style today. His strong baritone voice and gentle, unassuming demeanor are a breath of fresh air. With his tall, thin build, southern drawl, and genuine smile it’s easy to tell that Ellis loves to sing, and loves country music.
