A turn-key production with authentic Sounds of Sinatra. We provide all sound, staging, lighting, and marketing to make your event a snap to book with us. Chris Edwards' vocal reproduction of Frank Sinatra is superb and the greatest compliment he regularly receives is by his clients asking others, upon first hearing Chris, "is that him or a real Sinatra track?". All gigs are in appropriate formal attire and can range, at your pleasure, from background music to full sit-down shows "in character" in the style of the Rat Pack and Sinatra's stage performances in Vegas during the 1960's.
Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Chris was inspired by a rich musical heritage at an early age and he treasures the sounds of music's greatest eras. Having grown up with the lofty notes of Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, and other big bands, he fell in love with music and how it motivates emotions.
Chris began his voice training in a studio setting in 2005 and produced over 30 recordings over the next five or so years. Then, in 2011, he began specialized training for live performance venues and focused less on the studio recordings. During this time, he developed his vocals over a broad spectrum of styles spanning all decades from 1940 to today and to include everything from 50's doo-wop, to the funky sounds of the 70's, the great 80's pop, and country music. That invaluable training led him to performances in over 50 events in various cities, including multiple performances in Nashville.
While those first years were so exciting and productive experiences, in 2015, Chris decided to devote his energies to only Elvis and Sinatra tribute work since they have been his lifelong musical heroes.
Finally, in the summer of 2017, Chris chose to devote his time and talents exclusively to his "Sounds of Sinatra" tribute shows.
We provide all sound, lighting, and staging. Where staging can be suitably provided by you, it will be greatly appreciated simply due to not having to lug around our own stage.
With nearly 200 songs in the repertoire, we will be sure to include the hits and classics of Sinatra that you expect to hear.
Clearly, as a tribute artist, I am driven by those I am paying homage to and their careers. Namely, Frank Sinatra. That said, I am also heavily influenced by the singing and stylings of Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Michael Buble, and others.
Suitable floor space for a stage or riser.
