Born in a Christian home, she developed very early her passion for gospel music, singing in her church choir and backing gospel artist up. Her first release “I owe Jesus “in 2003 was to prove her love and gratitude to Jesus which lead her to be awarded the best gospel artist in Togo (her country) in 2004; and a nomination at the Kora awards.
Empowered by these experiences, Noelie was determined to go higher and took her talent out her home to Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Congo,Ivory Coast , France, Belgium, Germany , Usa.
She was chosen as the Best Spiritual Artist at Kora music award (All african music Awards) in 2010, and she has performed with African gospel icons like Rebecca Malope, Marcel boungou,and many more.
She is not just a singer but gospel minister who really understand what worship ministry and is living for it.

Noelie is currently residing in Newport News,VA who she is working on the African Gospel Music Festival of Usa, to promote african gospel music in the Usa to begin in June 2014. She also is the founder of Elykem Foundation to assist young girls and women' s education.
She is married to Pastor Amen Hodouto and they are blessed with 2 kids.
