Emalee Bellydance

Emalee has experience dancing in small intimate venues as well as performing for crowds of two thousand plus! She wears only the highest quality extravagant costumes handmade by designers in Turkey and Egypt and uses modern, energetic, and dramatic music.

Emalee is highly skilled in a variety of props such finger cymbals, sword, veil, fanveils, Isis wings, fire tray, cane, shamadan, veil poi, and flag veils, and will work with each client to make their event amazing! Emalee can provide multiple dancers for an additional fee, and can perform a choreographed and highly impressive show.

Emalee has been bellydancing since 2005 and is the director of the acclaimed Twin Cities bellydance troupe Bellydonna and director the troupe the Blue Lotus Middle Eastern Dancers, which she was previously assistant director of. Emalee performs regularly at the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe in Burnsville and at Ansari's Grill in Eagan. Emalee has traveled the world to study with well known dancers she admires and has been part of two internationally traveling dance performance troupes. Using her diverse performance experience, Emalee can adapt her show for an intimate dinner party of 10 to a festival with thousands in the audience. She is known to bring together the dance community under her artistic direction to create "mesmerizing" and "ambitious" performances.
