I am a certified Executive Coach. I present motivational material that engages my clients and audiences to join me on a journey of self-discovery. We focus on methods to identify where your moral compass lies, and how to get into alignment with it in both your personal and professional lives. Areas of focus are empowerment, understanding personal preferences and styles, emotional intelligence, and diversity and inclusion. Communication among and between the different generations in the workplace is another lively topic that renders rich discussion!
