Enchanted Events

When scheduling with Enchanted Events you will get your chosen character/s as well as an event coordinator. Your coordinator will help with assisting with anything needed to make your party run smoothly and allow your character to fully focus on entertaining.

Enchanted Events was started in 2018 serving areas all over the state of Georgia as well as some areas across state lines. We have a cast of over 40 members trained in the performing arts. We are passionate about creating magic for the young and young at heart.

***Important information***
-->Performers are to remain in character, so please know and let your guests know that by asking them modern questions performers will not allowed to answer out of character. They will have a coordinator with them that will answer any questions needed that do not fit within their character role.
-->Our team’s safety is most important, please make sure that no one is saying or touching performers and/or coordinators in inappropriate ways. (We understand the difference of an accident & intentional) If this happens, they have the right to leave an uncomfortable situation. Depending on how severe the situation is, our team will attempt to make the event host aware to have the offender leave, if that doesn’t happen, our team will leave. We have a zero tolerance to this type of behavior. There are no refunds for this instance.
-->The health of our team is also extremely important. Team members are encouraged to take and drink water as needed. For some characters that will require them to step out of sight from small guests if a mask has to be taken off in order to drink fluids. Outdoor parties in extreme heat, please understand that if your party team needs to take a moment to cool down, they will do so by finding an air conditioned area. If an air conditioned area is not easily available to them, then they are to use their vehicle's AC. Some costumes are thick and heavy, some have wigs that are pinned and anchored to their heads, making the elements feel more intense to performers in character.
