Since our company began in January 2014, Enchanting Entertainment has quickly become one of the fastest growing and elite mobile entertainment providers in Northeast, Pennsylvania. Based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, we are proud to offer our DJ and entertainment services for events in Scranton, Hazleton, Bloomsburg, Mount Pocono, Stroudsburg, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and more.
Our staff has over 50 years of experience in the mobile entertainment and wedding industries, and in addition to our wedding services, we also provide a magical entertainment experience for sweet 16's, mitzvahs and other private, corporate and educational events!

Selecting the best entertainment for your once in a lifetime celebration can be an overwhelming task, so we thought it would be helpful to provide some insight to the “stress-free” Enchanting Entertainment event process.
We summarized it with a seven step process and listed it below for you to see.
Step One:
Upon contacting Enchanting Entertainment, we will set up a face to face event consultation. The entertainment consultation can last anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours depending on the discussion points and conversation. The initial consultation is a great way for you to meet with the Event Representative, who will be your official contact person at Enchanting Entertainment. Your dedicated Event Representative will assist you with all of the planning aspects of your wedding, and will also be at your wedding to ensure everything happens the way that you have discussed! Additionally, the initial consultation is a great way to learn about our passion, our talent, our ability and how Enchanting Entertainment will design our services around your vision or event requirements. While Enchanting Entertainment does currently offer six pre-designed packages, we prefer to custom design a once in a lifetime entertainment experience for our clients to enjoy on their special day.
Note: We will not ask you to sign a contract on the spot, or require a deposit to hold the date. Each client will have up to 2 weeks to meet with other entertainment professionals in the area.
Step two:
Decision time. At the end of the two week holding period, a decision will be required. To secure entertainment services from Enchanting Entertainment, a signed contract and a 30% retainer fee is required. Contracts are electronically signed and payments are made through our secure online payment service.
Step three:
Planning phase. During the planning phase, couples will have complete access to their personal event planning page. We also invite and encourage all clients to follow our blog, facebook fanpage and twitter account, to stay in the know as to all the “cool things” we do for our clients. This is a great way to stay up to speed to our entertainment offerings and latest trends. All clients will also receive the direct contact information for their Event Representative, and are welcomed to reach out to them or our office if they need to discuss any particulars regarding their celebration or service.
Step four:
Touching base. For all couples that reserve a year or more out, we will contact you at about the 6 month mark to set up a creative session about your celebration.
Step five:
Event review. Approximately 1 month before the celebration, it is time for the final event review. At the face to face final event review, you and your Event Representative will finalize all of the intricate planning and details regarding the celebration. Celebration information, Music selections, Lighting Design and Multi-Media production items will all be addressed and finalized at this time.
Step six:
Finalization. Expect a call or email the week of the celebration to ensure all details have not been changed.
Step seven:
Game day. By this point of the process, you should feel relieved and excited. All of the planning has been completed and the Enchanting Entertainment team will ensure each and every request or requirement is materialized at your celebration to perfection. Now it is time to enjoy the event celebration, and be a guest at your own event, knowing Enchanting Entertainment has you covered for all entertainment items.

With over 50 years in the mobile entertainment and lighting industries, our entertainment staff understand how to pack the dance floor with their musical selections, interactive party motivators and dramatic lighting displays. Our music library consists of over 115,000 songs, and is updated on a weekly basis. Our clients have full access to a planning/music request system prior to their event, and have the ability to request specific songs prior to their event.
