Janae Wheeler is the visionary entrepreneur behind two groundbreaking ventures: VVS Events and MoovBooth. Starting with VVS Events, Janae quickly made a mark in the event marketing industry by helping brands connect with their audiences through strategic, immersive experiences. She saw the potential to enhance the engagement factor at these events and wanted to offer something more dynamic and memorable. This insight led to the creation of MoovBooth, an innovative extension of her work with VVS Events.
With MoovBooth, Janae redefined the concept of the photo booth by transforming it into an interactive branding tool that captivates guests and amplifies brand messages through creative photo and video installations. Drawing on her background in Events and Marketing Industry, Janae blends strategy with creativity, offering clients highly customized solutions that elevate their event experiences.
Additional Booking Notes
1. What Does MoovBooth Need for Set Up?
Beside people who wanna moov, here’s what we’ll need:
- Access to electricity within 25 feet
- A LEVEL 8’ x 8’ space (minimum)
- 75-90 mins in advance of your event start time
- Venue wi-fi password (if applicable)
- For Outdoor Set-up: Please inform us if you do not have access to electricity. We can provide a generator rental for $50 dollars.
(Please note:Though videos are delivered instantly, if the venue has poor data reception, videos may take slightly longer to be delivered.)
2. Do you offer custom overlays/ What do you need to make my overlay?
CHOOSE: Of course, it’s included in your package! / Every event is as special as you!
Here’s what we need to know:
- Event colors & theme
- Event name/tagline (ex: Lenny’s 50th Aged to Perfection)
- Company logo
- Landscape or Vertical (vertical is great for Reels & Stories on social media)
3. Payment & Cancellations
- We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, Venmo or Check (if corporate).
50% is due at the time of booking; with the remaining balance due the day of the event.
Events canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled date, receive a full refund.
- Deposits are non-refundable for events canceled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, however you may reschedule within 7 days of the initial event date with the deposit being applied towards the new date (dates are subject to availability & must be within 365 days).
