Every event is different and I enjoy working with event planners to make it a success. Here are some basics to help you do just when it comes to lighting, sound and the stage:
Lighting:
Good Lighting: Make sure the stage is well-lit so the audience can focuse their attention.
Ambient Lights: Have lights that can be adjusted to set the right mood.
No Glare or Shadows: Avoid bright spots or shadows that might distract the audience.
Staging:
Podium or Stand: Provide a sturdy stand if there are notes or the use of a computer.
Size: The stage should be big enough the movement in a presentation and any other equipment.
Audience View: Set up the stage so the audience can the host and guest.
Sound:
Microphone: A good microphone to wear or hold. If there are guests or panel, ensure there are a least 2 available. Wireless is always best and well charged batteries are a must.
Sound Expert: For A/V system setup and help during the event for audio/video presentation playback

I enjoy incorporating music into messaging, transitions as a way to create a lasting impact. A musical journey that is designed to engage the audience's emotions, energy levels, and create memorable moments throughout the presentation. It's not just about the words I say but also the feelings and connections that music can evoke, enhancing the overall experience.
I work well with DJs and many of the songs I utilize help segway and invigorate the audience.
Here are my favorite genres:
> Hip Hop: Energetic beats of hip hop set the stage for an excitement and engagement.
> Reggae: Rhythms bring a sense of relaxation, positivity and a sense of unity.
> Disco: Those iconic dance floor classics creating vibrant atmosphere.
> Freestyle: Nostalgia and emotion. Familiar tunes creating a strong connection.
> Pop: Catchy tunes and sing-along moments, amplifying the audience's engagement
> Rock: Bursts of energy, passion and adrenaline.
> Salsa: Invites everyone to move their hips and immerse themselves in a lively Latin atmosphere.
> Bachata: Romantic, intimate and connecting with the music's emotion.
> Merengue: Exhilaration, enthusiasm that moves every body.
