Magnificent

Eric was our first choice for playing jazz saxophone at my Buckhead Real Estate Investment Mixers due to the professional quality of his musical talent but also just the seamless effort of incorporating him into our events. He sets up quickly & efficiently with all the equipment he needs based on the environment, and has always been in a positive state of mind to rock it! Even with minor changes to the event schedule last minute.

I’ve also invited him to play informal gatherings, and of course…He followed through on the same quality that brought joy to everyone. He even played along to other genres of music outside of jazz and took song requests! And for the songs he plays along to outside of jazz, he plays so well that it makes one begin to wonder “Why isn’t a saxophone or a flute already a part of the song with this guy?! It just sounds better!!”.

That all said, I’m looking forward to the next time we get the privilege of hearing his immense talent.

I booked Eric in South Korea for my sorority’s annual Jazz-n-Jeans event. He traveled with other musicians to our location and ensured we had everything we needed prior to the event. We hired Eric for our Annual HOA Holiday party. We were a group of about 100. Eric was very kind and professional and extremely talented. A very classy guy. He played the music we wanted to hear. Christmas jazz and lots of Motown, Earth Wind and Fire styles for dancing. We will definitely have him back!

I booked Eric for my grandmothers 80th birthday party! She has arthritis and terrible hip pain and hasn’t danced in years, but we figured she’d love to at least see the whole family having fun. We were expected a simple serenade but ERIC brought the house DOWN! I’ve never seen a party get so intense that everyone’s out of breath but still electrified with energy! Eric can literally play to ANY type of music. People think because he specializes in saxophone that he only plays jazz, but he can do that plus more: pop, R&B, country, hip hop, gospel, Afrobeats, dancehall, Latin American music, EDM, Christmas songs, EVERYTHING! And he does it exceptionally well. I've seen him perform at multiple events and he always matches the tone of the event, or even plays a hand in adding to it, like getting partygoers to come out and dance or having a family share a sweet moment with their loved ones. He's very professional, always EARLY and is always fully prepared with his own equipment. He takes song requests from guests (if it's appropriate for the event), which always makes the event more fun and special and makes guests feel more included. He really is a one-man band who can do it all!

Eric Giles played at a speaking event for us as background music and throughout the speech. He did a great job of matching the vibe in the audience as people answered into the room. During the speaking sessions he played from the stage during a timer for flexion that was catered towards the talk. His songs selection were well placed and volume was very comfortable for the mood.
Mr. Giles was very easy to work with, for set up and also problem shooting anything that came up. We would definitely hire him again for multiple future events.

As a DJ in Korea I was occasionally tasked with booking additional talent for events. For at least two events - that I recall - I had Eric come in and play alongside local DJs. Eric was always on time and prepared with all of his equipment and any necessary accessories. He worked well with the other DJs and, on occasion, other musicians.
Where Eric shines is in his flexibility with music. DJs play a variety of music, and Eric brought an additional spark to the events through his talent and ability to improvise.
