The audience will leave feeling mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally EMPOWERED! I have participated in everything from being a street hustler to being a honorably discharged soldier in the US Army Reserve. I have endured alot of pain and suffering, but I overcame the odds and started living a productive life. I would like to teach others how I overcame these obstacles to become a productive individual. So whether you are a corporation or entrepreneur, I can help motivate your employees or training group where there is a lack of energy, drive, job performance, or leadership.
Mr. Patterson provided our staff with many strategies for effective communication while motivating and inspiring us to be the best we can be both mentally, spiritually, and physically. We plan to continue our relationship with Mr. Patterson as a partner in our journey of wellness.

The audience should expect to leave feeling inspired and motivated. I also encourage the audience to start taking a more positive approach to physical fitness because it takes both a strong mind and a strong body to have wellness in life. They can expect to be motivated to progress at the workplace just as well as their personal life outside of work. They will leave with a better knowledge of what it takes to be a leader.
I was born and raised in Corinth, MS. I have resided in Memphis, TN; Minneapolis, MN; Louisville, KY; and now I reside in Evansville, IN. I served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve. I was honorably discharged February of 1998. I have been training in Mixed Martial Arts for about 25 years now. I have had the pleasure of competing on both the amateur and professional levels. I am a very spiritual individual. I have dedicated my life to helping others overcome adversity and obstacles in life to reach their full potential. I started the Team Storm Grappling Club in 2010 as a not-for-profit entity to help kids and young adults find an alternative to street life. I encouraged them to continue their education and seek gainful employment. I used martial arts as a means to teach them discipline, respect for themselves and others, and to have high self-esteem. My story was featured in two articles in the Evansville Courier and Press Newspaper by reporter Jared Council and I am currently working on a book titled, "Lessons Of Change For Self Improvement". I am also working on a motivational mixtape which will be included with the book. I have also made public speeches for community gatherings and school functions.
