When I was growing up I was the one who was constantly organizing various types of events in the neighborhood. Once a month I would put something together. My very first event was when I was 7 years old and decided the neighborhood should plan a luau. I got a few people to cook and rounded up the kids to make decorations. We turned my backyard into a tropical paradise. The entire neighborhood attended and it was the start of something awesome. Ever since then all I've ever wanted to be was an Event Planner! Planning and organizing and seeing everyone socialize and having such a good time was the best thing ever. Of course, then, life happens and by happenstance, it came to me again 20 years later.

Since 1998 I’ve always had a position at an organization where I ended up being THE event and meeting planner. I spent many years planning holiday parties, kick off meetings, retreats, team building events, corporate events, webinars, movie premiers, weddings and other general events. So in 2007, I started a small business called "Merry We Meet."  After 18 years in Colorado, we moved to Montana and circumstances once again led me to the thing I love the most, planning events!

These days most people want to plan their own weddings and events. But, there is a point when you come to realize you need some help and you can't do it all yourself. You deserve to be a guest at your own event...as do your family members and friends! If you are the bride or the mother of the bride, who is going to make sure everything goes as planned the day of the wedding? When you host an event you need to make sure that you are present for your guests. This is where many of my services come in.

I am a Certified Professional Event and Wedding Planner. I have planned and consulted for Corporate Events, Kick Off Meetings, Company Retreats, Holiday Parties, Weddings, Showers, Grand Openings, Movie Premieres, Gallery Showings, Memorial Services, Wakes, Receptions and other general get-togethers. I am an expert in the field of Web Conferencing and have worked with some of the top corporations in the world. I have also consulted the Boy Scouts, various Sports teams, and other not for profit companies to plan fundraisers, travel logistics, parties, and events.

I have a true love and passion for what I do. I am always striving to make each event better than the last. I attend seminars, conventions, and workshops on a regular basis to keep up with an ever-growing and fast paced field. With this, I can better serve my clients to be able to create fabulous events!
