Musicians will arrive ahead of time, as directed by event organizer, to confirm logistics and instrument/microphone setup and operation. If rehearsal prior to event is requested, that can be worked into the time of arrival. Separate rehearsals would require additional fees depending on if the rehearsals could be done via Skype or other video conferencing or would require travel to be on-site.
Musicians would arrive dressed in formal, semi-formal, evening or party attire as directed by the planner.
Musicians would not interact with guests/attendees except as directed by the planner.
Between performances (i.e start/end of ceremony), musicians can be in view or attendees or out of view/backstage as directed by the planner.

What sets us apart from others is that Erin's repertoire ranges from classical selections such as 'Bist du Bei Mir - Bach' and 'Widmung - Schumann' to 'When I Fall in Love' and 'My Foolish Heart'. If requested, Suzanne can provide background music as guests arrive and pre/post ceremony processional selections. Wedding, Funeral or special event - we will work with you to select the music that touches your heart or music of your choice.
Erin (vocalist) or Suzanne (pianist) can be requested individually, or as a musical duo.

Erin, the vocalist, requires a microphone and amplifier. If venue does not provide these, Erin can bring an amplification system to the venue.
Suzanne requires a piano be provided - acoustic is preferred; keyboards are difficult to play if classical music is requested but could be used for popular/easy listening selections. Additional cost would be required if an electronic keyboard was to be requested but we could bring one if necessary.
