Every package has customization to fit your specific needs. All wedding packages include a optional - complimentary engagement session at no cost to you. TERMS of AGREEMENT
• It is understood that the photographer above is the exclusive photographer of this event to perform photographic services and no-one else will be interfering with posing, lighting and/or copying the photographers’ creative talents.
• It is understood that the photographer reserves the right to bring an assistant to help with setup, take down, lighting, styling, posing, etc.
• It is understood that in the event the photographer brings an assistant, the assistant is solely for the purpose of the photographer and is not a second or back up photographer. The assistant is not required to take photographs. Client(s) and their guests are to not make any requests to the photographers’ personal assistant. Requests of services are to be made to the photographer directly.
• All photographer(s) and staff have the right to take restroom and meal breaks as necessary. During these breaks photographs will not be taken, unless a second photographer has been reserved in this contract to be at your event.
• It is understood that the client(s) must reserve valid and legal parking for the photographer to have quick access to all points of travel including but not limited to the pre-ceremony location(s), ceremony, formals and reception. Failure to do so may lead to missed images.
• It is the responsibility of the client(s) to have at least two power outlets available for the photographer to use during the entire event.
• It is the responsibility of the client(s) to make meal arrangements for the photographer(s) and staff covering your event. These arrangements are only required for events of 5 or more hours.
• The photographer reserves the right to use any/all images for display, publication and other purposes. The Master CD and memory cards and/or negatives remain the exclusive property of the photographer.
• It is understood that this contract serves as a release of permission from the client(s) above, that images including them, any of their guests, individual, or in any group may be used by the photographer in print or electronic media. It is the sole responsibility of the client(s) to notify all guests of this release they have agreed to on their guests’ behalf. The photographer is not liable for anyone in disagreement with these terms as this is the responsibility of the client(s).
• If pets are going to be at your event you must provide proof of vaccination and license at least 1 month prior to your event. Pets should have their own escort and are preferred to be on a leash in active environments.
• The photographer takes utmost care with the respect to professional imagery and delivery of all services. However, if the photographer fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act, outside the control of the photographer’s job duties, the photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of the first deposit made, up to 50% of the total amount paid by the client.
• Client(s) may post on social sites as long as proper credit for the photographer with full name and contact is accredited on the site and with each image, otherwise will be in violation of the copyright law and you may be fined and legal action will be taken.
• Notice of Copyright: It is illegal to copy, reproduce, display/post and alter these images elsewhere without a legal release stating the photographer’s permission. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A release is included for all clients purchasing a high resolution copy of the images.
• It is understood that if more time is needed at the day of your event, a payment of $200 per additional hour must be paid in cash at that specific time for the photographer to continue. The photographer is not obligated to accept this payment and it is at their sole discretion to accept payment and stay.
• Tips and gratuities are not included in this contract. It is at the client(s) discretion if they wish to provide a tip or gratuity to the photographer(s) and/or assistant(s) at their event.
• In the presence of narcotics and other illegal activity during any part of the event day, the photographer is not required to stay and the client will not be refunded for any payments made. If any images were taken they will be delivered as per contract.
• The photographer does not guarantee any specific number of images, style of images and content of images. However all packages include unlimited images for the time specified and are based on the cooperation of the entire bridal party and guests.
• It is the responsibility of the client(s) to notify the photographer of all restrictions concerning photography allowed/not allowed at the ceremony and all other locations at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
• The online album is guaranteed to be viewable in 30 days or less of the completion of the event time.
• It is understood that all albums and photo books must have a separate contract filled out concerning album type, style, design and processing information.
• Payments must be paid on the day(s) specified above or will result in
late payment fee(s) of $25 per day up to 7 days. The fees will be
added to Your next month’s bill and if not paid in full will result in
contract cancellation and all payments will be non-refundable.
• If payments have still not been received after the 7 days are fulfilled, the date will no longer be reserved and all payments will be non-refundable.
• The total amount of payments must be paid in full one month prior to the event date or contract will be cancelled and all payments will be non-refundable.
• If the client(s) postpone or cancel the event in writing, the reserved date will no longer be available and all payments made, may go toward another event date, if available. If the new date is not available, all payments will be lost and the reserved date will no longer be available.
• If the client(s) cancel the contract in writing, all payments will be lost and the reserved date will no longer be available.
• In the unlikely event of an emergency and the above photographer is not available to photograph your event, you will have a new assigned photographer or all payments made will be refunded.
• It is understood that all event locations requiring certificate of insurance and/or permits must be identified at least 6 months prior to event date. Additional fees may be required by client. The client(s) failure of notification and acquiring permits will forfeit the unlimited location terms of the photography package in this contract.
• It is understood that the photographer will have proper equipment, backup equipment and will be in professional attire on the date of the event.
Unless stated in job quote/contract all images taken and provided are unedited. No edited images are included unless stated in contract/quote.
