I believe that communication is the key to survival. Just not for others, but for the "self".
I have a doctorate in Information Systems and Communications (Thesis: Hiring Biases when Cyber-vetting). My expertise is in implicit bias (HR and organizations), social media awareness (ages 16+), and career development, quality self-care, and leadership development.
I serve as a liaison between insights and implementation. From start to finish, I inspire others to overcome obstacles through positive communication and interactive participation.
Please Note: I will travel beyond 200 miles (all fees will be included in the quote as necessary. Breakdown of costs are available upon request).
Dr. Raymond arrived on time and here presentation was spot on with the theme for our event. She spoke eloquently and professionally. Would highly recommend her as a speaker!!
Lisa has very creative solutions to get people to communicate. She was very interactive and hands on with our staff and I think they appreciated that. She quickly built trust and helped our staff want to work more as a team. Great job.

Presentations are interactive. We choose to get the participants involved because it's more fun, and people retain more information when they play a part in getting/giving answers.
Participation (age appropriate) "gifts" are given to some as inspiration for more participation. This can be a candy bar, lotto ticket, trinket, etc.
Ethics2Talk uses motivation and peer accountability in both large and small group settings to form habits that help create positive change in behavior and work performance. In understanding that the effects of some motivational speeches can be short-term, we work to create a lasting affect by helping participants work together to achieve a common goal by using communication, empathy and understanding.
Topics: Quality Self-Care, Bias & Diversity Training, Your Why and Why it Matters, Workforce Development Training, Sports and Real World Life
We have worked in various school districts with students and teachers, Pennsylvania Utility Companies, AT&T, The Goodwill, Workforce Development, Urban Youth and Transportation Solutions. We have also worked with thousands of individuals to help them achieve their growth goals.

DEION TURMAN: International professional basketball player.
Through both his high school and college career, Deion overcame many personal obstacles that helped him become the person and player that he is today.
Turman feels that the challenges he faced early in his career made him more aware of how short life is, and how much harder he had to work both in school and
on the court to get to where he wanted to be in life.
It is with the challenges he faced and overcame, that gives him the ability to share knowledge with young kids today through coaching and motivational speaking.
Deion has one-on-one experience as well as a mentor and camp coaching experience with ages 4 through 18 through The Scoring Factory. He has also been contracted to coach in Italy June 2016. His passion and love of the game enables him to teach not only the fundamentals of basketball but also the importance of healthy communication and the importance of education in every day situations.

Just need a stage and a microphone for larger groups, and for smaller intimate groups, nothing is needed. Water is always a plus.

Our presentations are powered by the audience. If a topic doesn't seem to 'work' the way we would like, I can immediately change gears to meet the audience where they are. By having the ability to read behaviors and work with the audience keeps them active and participating.
Speeches are created to fit the audience and purpose. A few topics we have done are:
Growth, Change, Career; Your How, What, and Why
Leadership
Working Through Diversity Like a Superhero
Thinking Like an athlete
