From beginning to end, clients will receive full detailed communicative support on their event planning experience. Once a client shows interest in working with us, a phone consultation will be scheduled. Introductions to both parties will be made to confirm a perfect fit for the planning process. Once the client chooses Shine Bright Events to service their needs, all contact information will be shared, event details, & all client requirements. A invoice and contract will be created for the client to sign and agree to before proceedings can begin. The Client will receive a full designed layout of their event based on their theme, preferences and budget. We will personally search for decor, vendors, entertainment, and etc based on the clients vision for their event. If coordinating is requested, everything will be taking care of by Shine Bright Events and our team. This is a one stop shop company and we provide the best event experience possible!
