Event Photographer

If you hire me for a special event, we will meet before your event. I find it very helpful to do so to ensure that we are a good match. It is also helpful to go over timelines, acquaint me with important people who will be attending, and let me know any special moments that will be important to you to capture on camera.

During your special event, I will listen to your requests, stay inconspicuous, and help you stay relaxed and focused. For family portraits, we will meet in a place we agree on and spend up to 1.5 - 2 hours together taking photos.

I always create a contract which you will have time to review. After editing the shots, I will send you (1) a link to your own private online gallery to view the images as well as (2) a link you can use to download the shots to your own computer. You will also be able to purchase prints and other household items (such as magnets, mugs, mouse pads, etc.) with images imprinted on them. Unlike other photographers, I do not charge exorbitant prices for prints and other goods.

My love for photography started during my trip to Cuba in 2009. I was so moved by the people I met that I was inspired to take their portraits and capture real moments on the streets. When I returned from my trip, I had my first art show and since then, I have been getting hired as a photographer for events and family portraits. Photography is the perfect medium for me to reflect my passion for the various histories, cultures, and personalities of this world.
