Efficient and trustworthy
I had hired them for a balloon arch for my son's 5th birthday. They told me a 1.5 hours before my party that could not do the balloon arrangement. To send a subcontractor, who is absolutely not prepared and could not do the job and you not able to help was just a joke. I am extremely upset this happened for my son's 5th birthday party. I have no words.

Again we sincerely apologize that this happened to you, we had a family emergency last minute which required us to leave the state and instead of cancelling in general we trusted the sub contractor to fulfill your needs as we would’ve. The sub contractor was paid and given specific details to fulfill your event. This is not how we conduct business and we are truly embarrassed that this was your experience. This is the first bad encounter we’ve ever had with a client so we are truly sorry.
