I am a classically-trained violinist who also loves playing fiddle, Celtic, worship, solo, and ensemble music. I have been playing violin for more than 20 years, and I can both read music and play by ear. I love sharing music and have played violin all over the world and also teach violin to all ages. Whether your event is formal, relaxed, classy, romantic or upbeat I would love to be able to serve you and make the best event even better!

Elsa was hired to play at a corporate event at Belk in Southern Pines, NC. She was very responsive, professional, and an amazing performer. She was the perfect touch to complete our event. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Graceful and elegant, Elsa moved us with beautiful renditions of our favorite songs from The Beatles, The Sound of Music, John Denver, Led Zeppelin, Maleficent and so many more! Beautiful technique and a willingness to make us happy in every way! Our intimate wedding and reception was 3 hours in an uptown Charlotte NC restaurant and she played beautifully for entire time.

Everything thing else came in to our venue set up played beautifully and left . Her timing was perfect and music beautiful. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for perfection!! She left as quietly as she came in. I wish I had the opportunity to thank her personally

I am so grateful I was able to find Elsa to play at our wedding! She is kind, courteous, and professional. She was early to the rehearsal, and then was patient with us while we sorted out our issues with the sound system. She sounded amazing and really helped to make our ceremony quite special. The bridal entrance was a piano/violin duet that had everyone in tears! Would definitely recommend and absolutely hire again!

Most weddings and events start at just $100!
General Quote Guidelines:
$100 per hour of playing
$50 per hour of driving
$50 for special requests or accommodations

About
What do I do? I play violin.
What type of music? From country to classical, improv to bluegrass; my style is very adaptable to fit any type of event!
Solo or Ensemble? I am a solo musician, but am also comfortable in a group/band/ensemble setting.
Read music or play by ear? Both! I read printed music, chord charts, printed directions, verbal cues and can also just follow the tune!
How long have I played? 24 years!
Do I do anything else with my violin? I also teach violin lessons, if you're interested, just ask!
Do I play any other instruments? Yes, from Bass to keyboard to mandolin...If it has strings I will give it a try!
