We play authentic New Orleans brass band music, playing the repertoire from traditional dixieland to new fuck and pop arrangements. We are a 7-piece brass band with two drummers, tuba and 4 brass players.
We hired the Extra Crispy Brass Band for the memorial of my husband. They provided a somber processional to begin the ceremony. After the speeches they started the musical send off with one my husband's favorite songs, "Danny Boy" which kicked off into "When the Saints go Marching In". Tears of sadness turned to tears of joy as people began reminiscing old stories while the EC Brass Band played in the background. Their presence not only helped everyone grieve our loss, but helped celebrate his life. I would highly recommend these musicians for ANY occasion!

With weddings and parties expect people to be dancing, singing, and forming second lines.
As in the tradition with funerals, we start the procession with a dirge to honor the dead. Then we kick off the second line to celebrate life and the good times.
