A Fin City show will provide a taste of a Jimmy Buffett concert experience with a mix of rock and country with an island sound and beach party groove that keeps toes tapping, feet moving, margaritas flowing, and Parrotheads happy.
Fin City is a light-hearted, fun-loving, good-time party band; but at the same time professional, reliable, mature and responsible. The success of your event is as important to the band as it is to you. Fin City is equally suited for large indoor or outdoor events for crowds of thousands or smaller more intimate groups of a few dozen. Whether cranked up loud or unplugged acoustic; the music is always festive and suited to fit the venue and the crowd’s taste.

Fin City - Playing Buffett, Beach, & Beyond… A 6-piece band from north Texas playing Jimmy Buffett, beach music, & a mix of classic rock and country with a sound and feeling that parrotheads or anyone that loves the beach can enjoy.
Started several years ago as a Buffett tribute band covering Jimmy’s songs and tunes he covers; we expanded later to include a broad mix of songs that fit the beach-vibe… trop rock, gulf & western, and surf. This makes us the perfect band for any festive occasion… Beach Parties, Pool Parties, City & Civic Events, Corporate Gatherings, Music Festivals, Pirate or Beach Themed Private Events or Weddings! Fin City sometimes plays as our alter ego, After Five Alibi, which is a classic rock band for fans that only know 3 Buffett songs. Shows from either band can have a generous mix of Buffett, beach, or beyond, keeping beach bums AND land lovers happy with fun classics to get you off your seat and your feet moving.

Suitable PA and lighting required. Fin City insists the highest quality audio and lighting production. The band prefers to provide all you need for any size venue.

But we also have a wide range of other songs that fit the beach vibe as well as classic rock and country tunes for those folks that only know 3 Buffett songs. Our mix can include 60s-70s-80s & beyond - CCR, Tom Petty, John Mellencamp, Eagles.
