FireFly Bartending

Review Update: I was able to speak with the manager of the bartending service and he was very responsive and we found a path forward for this situation. The owner is very attentive and I appreciate his problem solving skills.

Original Review:
Bartender arrived ~20 minutes early to set up which I appreciated. However, she frequently (6-8 times) needed to step out to use the bathroom or grab something from her car leaving our bar unattended. At one point, she left for about 20 minutes for unclear reasons, and my own guests had to step in and bartend while she was gone. My guests had a laugh and had fun thankfully being my stand in bartenders, otherwise i would've been upset.

I booked Firefly for my birthday party and they did not disappoint. From the initial inquiry to the actual event, great communication throughout the entire process. Nick answered all my questions and was extremely organized in helping me plan the drinks. The day of my event, our bartender arrived early, his set up was quick, neat, and the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend and look forward to booking with them again!

I was looking for just a bartender to serve at our sales event; someone who knew what they were doing and had the insurance/liability needed to properly serve. They delivered! I would definitely hire again. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was the pre-event communication was lacking. They had their cell phone listed but I never received any responses when I texted them.

Nick was super helpful from beginning to end. He went out of his way to offer to pick up some items not even related to his services (I am from out of town), his staff was professional, they were well equipped with the bar station and he was very flexible with everything I needed (which is great with a single event planner like myself).

Cannot recommend Nick and team more...I will be using him when I am back in SoCal.

Sarai was fabulous, really enjoyed working w her. She was coming from another gig and was a little pressed for time but set right up at my place and was ready to go. Drinks were awesome - love the blood Orange Paloma. Would absolutely work with Firefly again.

Firefly was the most affordable bartending service and they did not disappoint. Carlos was great and Nick is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nick and his team were nothing short of perfect. First of all, we had a unique event that was about 50% muslim and therefore half alcohol-free, but Nick worked with us to make a package that catered to both drinkers and non-drinkers. The team was insanely friendly and pleasure to have at our wedding. We went with their cucumber marg speciality cocktail (which I highly recommend) and Nick even brought extra cups for our caterer to use. All of my guests are still raving about the bar from our wedding, and I don't think they will ever stop. They bring the alcohol, ice, mixers, and even cups! If you don't want to worry about anything related to the bar at your event, book these guys. You will be glad you did.

Nick and Jackie were great with communication and arrived on time.

We recently had a party for 60+ people at our house, and Nick and his team did a great job planning, setting up and serving delicious drinks. They were super easy to work with and very professional. Would highly recommend!!

Bartender was on time and came with a smile. Social, engaging and polite. The entire process was seamless.

I hired a bartender through Firefly and it was the best experience. They were extremely helpful in providing a list of ingredients for the cocktails we wanted served. Nic arrived to set up the bar table (pay the extra, it’s worth it), and shortly after the bartender arrived with her caddy of bottles for her to fill and make her job easier to mix and pour cocktails all evening long.

Definitely using them in the future. Priced extremely well.

Bartenders provided were very friendly and professional with quick service. At one point we had a few issues on the liquor inventory, but the bartenders rolled with the punches and made due with everything we had. Would hire again!

i hired firefly last minute for a holiday party, and not only were they able to oblige my last minute request, but they provided incredible service, and a top tier bartender (Antonio) that sent our party over the top. Thank you guys so much for accommodating. Will definitely be looking to these guys for our next event.

I was in need of a bartender like asap since my previous bartender fell thru and my daughter sweet16 was only days away. Nick from Firefly bartending reached out to me after my post and made it easy for me to book. Nick even sent me a shopping list which helped me to get everything I needed. The bartender was on time professional and awesome. My guests were happy with the mixes I asked Antonio to hook me up with a strong drink as I was stressed out and it was awesome. I highly recommend Firefly and will definitely book for my next event. Thanks Nick you are a life saver.
