The Stubbs Girls come from a musical family back ground of famed lead singer for the renowned Four Tops - Levi Stubbs and Joe Stubbs of the Falcons & Contrours that produced some of Motown’s greatest hits. Now, “Standing in the Shadows” The Stubbs Girls are a Detroit-based vocal group that consists of Levi & Joe Stubbs' sister, Thelma, and her four nieces – Robin, Pamela, Sheila, and Ronda. The girls not only share musical backgrounds from Motown and Gospel but they all have the same vocal timbre, which results in uniquely rich harmonies whenever they sing.
