Flow It Out

I was introduced to the flow arts world when I started going to EDM events. I picked up my first leviwand in 2018 and I was hooked. You didn't see many leviwands in the scene and the time and that's what drew me to it. I saw my first leviwand fire performance at dancefestopia in 2019 and told myself "one day that will be me"... fast forward to 2020 and I spun fire for a crown for the first time at a local brewery. I had lots of plans to continue performing but Covid put all of that to a stop.

So much has happened since that phase of my life. I'm now 26, have a 2 year old with my amazing partner. When I was 3 months post-partum I was desperate to start something new to sort of find myself again. I came across some aerial classes and thought I'd give it a shot. I took my first Lyra class and again, instantly hooked. I've been training on a Lyra for 2 years, silks for about 1 and I just started pole.
Now that our son is not much of a baby anymore, I am ready to continue on my journey to perform and share my love of flow with the world.
