Foreign Figure's pop/alternative sound appeals to a very wide age demographic, entertaining the young, the old and everywhere in between. Their catchy original music captivates audiences, but they are also well versed with a cover setlist of over 60 songs. Lead singer, Eric Michels is a charismatic and interactive frontman that will be sure to entertain a crowd of any size.
Foreign Figures will bring an energetic and interactive experience for any of your event's attendees, but the guys in the band aren't just good musicians. Foreign Figures has full capabilities to provide and run sound and lights at your event. With their own gear, as well as a few sponsorships, Foreign Figures can plug in and play anywhere with a power outlet. Each of the band members is educated with live sound and production, which allows for a fast, clean and professional set up and take down.

Foreign Figures was established in July 2014, as four close friends decided to take their passion for creating music from a simple hobby to a career. Having connected musically prior to the formation of Foreign Figures, the band members share both an intense musical chemistry and a bonded friendship with one another. Before ever releasing an album, Foreign Figures amassed a steady local following as they invested in their equipment and musicality, bringing a new level of talent to their energy-driven live performances. After winning multiple competitions and gaining local sponsorships, the band headed into the studio, self-producing their fiercely emotional and energetic debut, "Come Alive." The local response to "Come Alive" was overwhelming - the band sold out Utah's most popular local music venue in under a week for their album release. But it wasn't only Utah that responded to their music - half of the digital downloads that Foreign Figures has seen are from outside of the United States. Foreign Figures is just as serious about truly connecting with people as they are about growing their fan base, and with the world's attention, they plan to take their music to all who can hear.

Foreign Figures runs their equipment through a Mackie DL32R, which is a 32 channel digital mixer, allowing a super simple sound setup and mixing experience for the "sound guy".
With the Mackie DL32R, we pre-mix our setup, run our backtracks, and our in-ear monitors. Since we have our own mixer, we also bring all of our own microphones, mic stands, and cables - basically, all your sound engineer will have to do is control the volume of the mix. If the sound engineer wants more control of the mix, we are able to send sub-mixes to the venue mixer, allowing him/her to mix each channel as though we went through the house mixer, but without the clutter of having to switch gear for a new band.
When needed, we are also able to provide our PA system, which was custom made for us by our sponsor, Tekton design. Our PA has a potential 130 db output, accommodating crowds of over 2,000 attendees. The PA includes 4 subs and 2 towers. It is a passive PA, and we provide the amps needed to power it.
