Frankie and The Moonlighters is a professional show-band that performs hits from the 50's and early 60's. We are great for theme nights, sock hops, car shows, class reunions and just about any event that could use fun, upbeat music with high energy, to romantic slow-dance tunes. We do a complete show with period-correct outfits, a professional stage set, lighting, and professional sound. We even have period-correct outfits for the holidays. If you just want music, there are plenty of bands that do that. If you want music with a show, for real entertainment, Frankie & The Moonlighters is the ticket.

What to Expect
The audience can expect to hear hits from the 50s and early 60s from a band that not only performs the tunes, but comes with a stage set and period appropriate wardrobe , to create the sound, look and feel for that time. This high-energy show draws the audience in with crowd participation on some songs, where the vocalists pass out percussion instruments to audience members, allowing them to "join the band". It's very common for crowds to dance and sing along with the band, as they play those timeless hits.
About
Frankie & The Moonlighters is a group of 8 musicians from all walks of life, who have focused their efforts on a neglected genre of music, in the northern region of New York. They perform hits from the 50s and early 60s with vocals by Frankie Wayne, the lead crooner and the "Moonbeams" , Melissa Nugent, Jessica Kemp, and Donna Fortune. Based in Bloomingdale, NY, the band plays for town summer concert series, car shows, art walks, theme parties and various community events. The Moonlighters band consists of Mike "Mad-Dog" Harrigan on guitar, Sue "Suzie-Q" Grimm on Keyboards, Barb "Boom-Boom" Curtis on Upright bass and Kevin "KMAN" McLaughlin on drums.
Additional Booking Notes
The band will provide it's own sound reinforcement, LED lighting and backdrop. Sufficient electrical service near the performance area is required. Staging is preferred, but not absolutely required. If playing outdoors, they require at least a canopy tent.
