What to Expect
What can you expect?
Host should expect to receive questionnaire before event that will provide me with the details of service and venue specific information. The day of event the host should expect to give me a quick overview of the venue, supply locations, trash removal and a run down of the nights festivities. Host is than free to be a guest and enjoy the evening. My staff and I are quite comfortable in commercial and residential kitchens.

Hello, everyone my name is Jacqueline Daniels and I am a Chicago native and I looking to grow my business and make your next event a success. I have 19 years of hospitality experience in luxury hotels and resorts as a bartender and server. I have my Georgia Off-Premise & Alcohol Delivery Certification and my ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. I usually work solo for smaller events but I can accommodate your need for multiple bartenders and/or servers. I can provide references on request.
