Friday's Veil creates & performs original God-honoring / family-friendly music, with a southern / classic-rock influence. They then blend in today's popular contemporary Christian cover music, to provide a performance that is enjoyed by audiences of all ages and backgrounds. They have the unique ability to either provide an uplifting and engaging concert, or to lead an audience to a true praise & worship experience (when appropriate, or specifically requested). They currently play for events of all sizes and budgets including : churches, youth groups, fairs / expos, conventions, charity fund raisers, corporate functions, sporting events, etc.
We hosted Friday's Veil at our church (Mebane Umited Methodist Church) this past weekend, and what a great group. Music and message were on the money. Excellent musicians and vocals, and really nice folks. We wold fefintely want them back. Keep up your good works!
Response from Friday's Veil:
Thank you David and Mebane UMC members for the kind words, for inviting us out to your event, and for a great night of praise and worship ! Friday's Veil truly enjoyed meeting everyone and sharing a great night of worship... We will look forward to coming back some time !
Wow, Friday's Veil was great and our audience loved you all - it was a powerful performance! You all were so professional sounding, but on the other side lovely and approachable with our disabled guests.
These guys performed in concert at our church community event and blew the audience away with great music and an even greater spiritual message. They are the real deal!
We wanted to thank Friday's Veil for performing at our Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Coffeehouse event last night. Their music was outstanding, performing many popular Christian songs (Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, etc) as well as wonderful original songs that made you stop what you were doing and listen in wonder and amazement. Yes, they are that good. Several volunteers came up to me and said, "where did you find this band? they are OUTSTANDING !! Please invite them back !!" We are already looking at the next booking date! I was also very impressed by the way they interacted with the crowd.
Our Coffeehouse Ministry, now in service to Wake County for 15 years, provides an opportunity for social interaction and fellowship between adults of all abilities. Each month we offer a warm welcome to approximately 150-200 adults who come to enjoy the wonderful fellowship, great entertainment, and delicious refreshments they know they will find at Coffeehouse, with freedom to dance and sing as they choose. We meet the last Friday of each month from 7-9pm and there is no charge to attendees. The event is open to the public and is targeted to differently-abled adults. Adult & youth volunteers are always needed and welcome! For more information, call Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 919-848-1573.
Response from Friday's Veil:
The GSLC Coffeehouse ministry is a true blessing to Wake County and those adults who enjoy all that they offer. We considered it a privilege to perform at the coffeehouse event - as the attendees are truly appreciative of the joy of music, dancing and singing. It was a wonderful evening of praise & worship and we look forward to performing again. If you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer in the community for a worthwhile event - contact GSLC !
Friday's veil was great. We enjoyed them very much.
Friday's Veil provided a benefit concert to raise money for my friend who was involved in a motocross accident & suffered a traumatic brain injury, requiring him and his family to be transferred to Boston, MA. They are a very talented group of musicians with genuine hearts and a deep love for Christ. They do much more than just "play music" - they provide a worship experience, while also helping those who are in need.. If you are looking for a great blend of Christian originals (southern rock feel) and today's popular cover music, I would highly recommend this band as you won't be disappointed !

We offer a family-friendly and uplifting musical experience that not only meets people where they are at, but also delivers a message of hope for those who are hurting or searching for more in life. Performances can be focused purely on sharing the positive messages via our music (ex- secular events), or we can offer a more formal praise and worship event by the sharing of scripture verses and our personal testimonies (ex- church / mission / youth events). Diverse audiences of all ages, races, and denominations will find a positive message within our performances, and will find our shows to be an uplifiting experience.
Friday's Veil performs songs that meet people where they are at in life, and that deliver a solid message of hope through faith in Christ. Their music is God-honoring, family-friendly, uplifting & entertaining - thus can be considered for many types of events (ex- concerts, fairs / expos, youth events, churches, conferences, etc) and audiences of all ages.
Though all of the band members have played in successful secular groups for many years, they each have had personal life tragedies and / or traumatic experiences that changed their overall "focus" in life. As a result, they focus on glorifying God and not themselves - by sharing their music, the messages contained within the lyrics, and their testimonies (when requested).
Worship is more than just music..... It is a lifestyle !

"Friday's Veil Rips It Up! This group has a unique sound. The whole package is well-done and impressive, and the music is a fresh contribution to the pop scene. We own a state-of-the-art 16-track PreSonus digital sound board, powered monitors / speakers, and lighting system (upon request) which is sufficient for most indoor events. However, we recommend using your own or an external sound company (we can suggest several) for very large indoor events (ex- convention centers) or very large outdoor events (ex- fairs, expos, race tracks, outdoor concert halls) - in order to provide sufficient power, area coverage & sound / light control in such settings.
We are a 6-7 member band, and thus require an appropriately sized stage or space at the venue to accomodate 3-4 musicians across the front, and a digital or full drum set & keyboards across the back. The band can be set up in three rows for narrower but deeper stages - with three in the front, two in the middle, and the drums in the back (ex- 15 feet wide x 10-12 feet deep is an ideal starting point - but call us to confirm, as the size also depends on whether or not we need to provide the sound board).
Reliable circuits / functional wall plugs are needed to avoid any unplanned interruptions of our show. We need to have easy access to the electrical sources across the front, back, and / or sides of the stage. We have some extension cords for limited distances, but need to know in advance if there are extensive distances that need to be taken into consideration.

Our band influences include today's contemporary Christian groups (ex- Mercy Me, Casting Crowns, Mark Schultz, Chris Tomlin, Sidewalk Prophets, Steven Curtis Chapman, DC Talk, etc.), rockers from the 60's (ex- Beatles, Rolling Stones, Monkees, etc), and classic-rock groups of the 70-80's (ex- Styx, Boston, U2, Foreigner, Journey, The Eagles, etc.). Each band member brings over 20 years of musical expertise.
"Reliable" power source for front & back of stage (Ideally 5 or more dual wall plugs).
Enough space to accommodate a 6-person band (~ 15' wide x 10-12' deep is min suggested size)
Protection from rain and / or extreme cold or heat (ex: covered stage, tent or "backup" indoor location)
If event is during meal time, feeding the band members is GREATLY appreciated (ex: pro bono events)
Cold bottled water for the band members is greatly appreciated to avoid overheating.
