Overview
The Front Street Troubadours are a folk music group in San Diego. Our group is currently a quintet with two guitars, two harmonicas, and a washtub bass. We all sing. We play a mix of classic folk, blues, acoustic rock, and country. Some of the artists we cover: Bob Dylan, Woodie Guthrie, Pete Seeger, and Gordon Lightfoot.
We often perform at County Fairs and non-profit Community Events. Recent performances include the Summer Music Fest at First UU Church, San Diego (2022, 2023, 2024), the San Diego County Fair (2019, 2023, 2024), and the Orange County Fair (2021, 2022, 2023). We perform on the Prado in Balboa Park most Fridays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, and at other events year round.

About
We can provide a group, The Front Street Troubadours, or a solo performer, The Lost Troubadour. We have been performing on the Prado in Balboa Park most Fridays since January, 2017. We have performed as a group and solo at Men's Renewal Weekends and other community and church sponsored events for many years. Our individual musical backgrounds are diverse. We welcome invitations to perform (group or solo) at private or community events, and will often perform for free, depending on the venue.
