Fun-Time Amusements

Fun time was not a great experience for myself and my son. Their signs clearly say no smoking around or in the fence area for the "rides", yet while I was climbing the stairs to the giant "fun slide" the guy working blew a puff of smoke in our faces. I asked him to get it out of my face. This was after he came down a few steps trying to rush us up the stairs, even thought there was no one behind us. We were trying to be careful and not trip. We also noticed another person working a different ride smoking behind the fence around the kids. That was it I was done. No more rides for us. And I'm sure those cigarette butts from those guys ended up on the ground for the event staff to clean up afterwards.
The ticket prices weren't too bad, but the fact that the minimum I saw was 12 tickets for $10 was crazy. I don't need 12 tickets in the first place and especially after what happened, well I just wasted my money. I ended up giving the rest of the tickets to another child, hoping they could get better treatment. I spoke with other people there and the said they got some of the same treatment. That the staff was rude and clearly not wanting to be there. I certainly hope the event I was there to support doesn't use this company again. I will be writing this same letter to the event staff. I do not recommend fun times for any event!
