I rented a face painter from this company and the owner ensured me that I would have one. On the day of my event the face painter was over an hour late. She also had her kid with her. In addition to all of this she did not paint any of the children's faces. She put stickers on the kids and glitter. None of the little boys got anything necause she only had stuff for girls. I was very disappointed in this company and will never rent anything from them again.

My original face painter canceled last minute. The way I run my business is, I'm ALL about the kids, I would NEVER cancel last minute on a child's party. The face painter that I sent has worked numerous jobs and has never had any issues. She gave the children what they wanted. So if it was a design on the hand, foot, cheek that was accomplished. She stated she worked for 2 hours servicing the kids and most of them came back for 2nds and 3rds. I'm apologizing AGAIN, the kids were pleased. But since the parents weren't I offered a FULL refund and a free service for your next event. Thanks for taking the time out to right the review. We appreciate the feedback 😃
