Furmata A Cappella is the premier contemporary a cappella group at the University of Washington. Our typical repertoire consists of modern pop, with a few familiar classics. We are the 2017 ICCA Northwest champions, and traveled to New York City to compete in the ICCA Finals alongside names such as The Scattertones, Voices in Your Head, and The Nor'easters. Most recently we advanced to the ICCA 2019 West Semi-Finals, and received the title of Runner Up.

We offer a variety of performance styles and song choices, ranging from casual performances to professional banquets. Additionally, with enough advance notice, we can arrange songs per request for specific events.
Furmata A Cappella focuses on mastering vocal technique, and delivering appealing visual performances. The group is entirely student run, including various forms of content, such as arrangements, music videos, and styling.
