Currently the pianist for famed Broadway restaurant Chez Josephine in Manhattan, Gabe Kuslansky offers several hours of various styles of solo piano entertainment including Jazz standards, Bossa Nova, Latin, Classic Rock, Disney, Improv, and original compositions.
After playing piano in a restaurant setting, Gabe is very accustomed to taking requests and learning songs (in any style) for an event beforehand
Gabe was incredible to work with! We hired him to play for our wedding, and we are thrilled with the choice! He was so attentive, responsive and open to new ideas. We are especially impressed with his ability to connect with people, and worked very well with our vocal soloist. He was nimble and pivoted when song choices changed, and he was a delight to be around! He even joined us for dinner, as he fit right in with the guests!! Highly, highly recommend!

I can provide a keyboard and speaker if necessary. A booking can include up to six hours of piano, and can feature musical genres from pop, hip-hop, and rock songs to jazz and new age. Gabe plays primarily by ear and has a memorized repertoire of nearly 150 songs which he plays with his own interpretation, tailored to the mood of the event.
