Galax Santa

I am Santa Claus. Whether I'm talking with adults or children at your event, they will be talking to Santa Claus. I do not break character. The role of Santa is a sacred one, and my goal is to have more believers when I leave, not less.

Some guidance on what should take place for each type of event:

If you would like for me to come stay and visit with your customers for a few hours, please have a designated area for us to do photos, and make sure that the light isn't going to wash out the photos. If you have something you'd like me to hand out, please let me know ahead of time. If you'd like to do some photos to help promote the event, please let me know, so that we can schedule this. My goal is to provide more value to you than my fee.

If you're hosting a Christmas party, whether it's a company event or a family and friends event, it's very similar. Some things we will need to discuss at length are the timing of the entrance, where I pick up gifts, if applicable, parking, the manner in which I enter, and the exit strategy. Of course, the duration of my time there, and the setting of the party will dictate what I do in between entrance and exit. We will discuss what your vision is for me, and we can brainstorm ideas on what will be best received based on your guests.

Virtual visits can vary greatly. We can do a quick 2+ minute video that you can have as a keepsake for your children for many years to come. We can do a live video chat in many different type of settings and have story time, and discuss a great number of things. What will need to discuss many things so that it will be the most magical moment for the children. The more info the better. Things like the name of your elf on the shelf, what accomplishments they've had this year, pet names, other highlights, and of course, what they got for Christmas last year and what you left for me. This is the second most magical Santa moment that a child can experience.

Home visits are the most personable and magical Santa moments that a child can experience. As much as I'd love to spend the evening with you and your family, I'd like to keep this limited to anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Any more than that, the moment loses its magic. We can have cookies, or I can hand out presents, share some stories, answer some questions, take some photos and even sing a few Christmas carols. I've found that 15-30 minutes is really the sweet spot for these. As said before, the more info the better. You will need to have a sturdy chair for me, probably by the Christmas tree for photos, etc. Please turn the heat down a little, and don't put me near a fire. As you can imagine, the suit can get fairly hot. Nobody wants a sweaty Santa 🎅.

I am open to other event types. We are only limited by our imagination. I love community work. Would love to do a commercial. Can do any meal "with Santa" where I go around mingling with folks as they eat. Nobody wants to watch Santa eat.

With all of these events, I will be Santa to all from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave. This includes when speaking to you. If you would like to give Santa a gratuity, please do so in a Christmas card. It looks a little strange for Santa to take cash, especially to a child.
