Galexy Spinning

Alex Chana Eisenberg aka Galexy or Chana Hoops is a flow artist and fire performer who specializes in hoop dance and juggling. Whether performing with fire, LEDs, or regular ol’ plastic, her performances are engaging, emotional, and revelatory, as she uses this art form to channel and process the joys and challenges of life. Using her hoops and other props, along with the musicality of her body, she tells her stories in a viscerally embodied expression that tends to captivate audiences and leave them wanting more.

In the decade and a half of practicing this art form, Alex has gained experience hooping on the stage, on the streets, and just about everywhere in between—bunkers, beaches, bars, fire circles, rooftops, mountaintops…you name it!

And in addition to being a solo performer, Alex has been a part of Feral Fire Flow Collective—the Olympic Peninsula’s local fire troupe—for the past eight years, and performs and teaches with the local circus school Pop-Up Movement.

Alex is available for hire year-round and can tailor performances to match the tone and theme of your event.
