Gameplay Express | mobile video game party theater

Gameplay Express (GPX) mobile video game party theater will arrive about 45 minutes to an hour prior to a scheduled event to set up. The doors will open and temporary access will be granted once setting up has been complete; this phase usually takes only about 20 to 25 minutes. Upon entry and use, guests will be informed of safety precautions and general rules. The GPX management personnel will remain in attendance for the entire duration of the event to assist players with changing games, sound level control and controllers issues. Once the event time has expired, the players will be asked to exit their games and then the game trailer. The GPX management personnel will then proceed to clean out and prepare for departure. This phase typically only takes about 15 to 25 minutes.

PARKING SPOT
Reserve a parking area approximately 10’ wide, 60’ in length and with an approaching clearance of about 12’ in height. The parking surface should be solid, flat as possible and not on a slope. Notify any individuals that could be affected by our parking requirements. Gameplay Express reserves the right to park in only approved locations. Parking in a driveway requires an on-site approval.

MINIMAL SUPERVISION
The GPX Engineer will be managing all the gaming activities. A parent or guardian should accompany small children six years of age and younger when present within or near the video game trailer.

SAFETY FIRST
The number one priority is to ensure the safety of our patrons. The trailer is equipped with a commercial safe generator, fire extinguisher, detectors, orange cones, curb-side and rear door access.

PLAY TIME
Relax, enjoy the party, play games and have a good time for a couple of hours or more while Gameplay Express does all of the work.
