What to Expect
When you hire me, you can expect me to plan to meet your expectations. For event photography an outline of the day works wonders in making sure that I'm in the right place at the right time. For your portrait photography a clothing consultation makes all the difference in the world in the final portrait I create.
If you're looking for photographs that will last a lifetime, hire me. I will always do my best to produce images that you will cherish for years to come.
About
I've been a professional photographer for many years. I have studied with and lecture to world renowned photographers in Europe, New Zealand and the United States. I have received the photographic craftsman degree from Professional Photographers of America (PPA) as well as their national award for my service to the photography industry. I specialize in portrait, product, photo restoration and event photography. My portrait photography does require a consultation to plan the portrait session in advance.
Additional Booking Notes
The technical information that you need to know is we need to have a conversation so I understand your expectations. My job is to meet those expectations and bring the correct equipment to the event to ensure that the coverage is done to your satisfaction.

Influences & Inspiration
I learned at an early age the value of professional photography from my mother. She had each of us photographed at age four by a well known professional photographer from Virginia. Those portraits were always hanging in our living room as a reminder to my mother of what she created and left the world. As a people person and an artist, I chosen photography as my way of expressing my art. I have had the pleasure of studying with some of the world renowned photographers because of my position in the professional photographers of America and the Maryland professional photographers. I have also been afforded the opportunity to lecture to other photographers about photography around the world.
