Geezer are literally, modestly one of the funniest, most memorable & unique acts on the planet. Your favorite grandpas blend rock, comedy, rap and barbershoppe to hilariously swing the entire history of popular music from AC/DC and Dr Dre back to Buddy Holly and the Beatles, mashed up mid-song with spot-on Weezer and Beastie Boys hits. Perfect for any event, especially birthdays to make folks feel young! They can play it all, work in requests on the fly and ALWAYS pass out cookies.
We’ve seen these old farts play a few venues over the last several years, and I’m SO glad we decided to go with them for our wedding. We wanted our big day to be casual, fun, and ultimately memorable for us and our guests—and Geezer totally fit the bill. Great guys, funny as hell, and loads of talent. They always knew when to pour on the entertainment, and when to pull back and let the bride and groom take the spotlight. Their catalog of cover songs goes way beyond Weezer, and don’t let their old fart clothing fool you. They may be arthritic, deaf, and incontinent — but these grandpas can rock!
These guys were the perfect fit for our Vintage Motorcycle Rally! We bring a few thousand people together to celebrate our timeless machines! Great music, totally hilarious, completely professional, and easy to deal with. Watching them pass out cookies to the crowd and a biker gang that showed up unannounced, is still one of the funniest things we've ever seen! We love GEEZER and know you will too!

This band is so much fun you'll wet your Depends! They have an amazing sense of humor but with the musical chops to back it up. So much fun... It's time to get OLD!
I saw Geezer perform at a bar in San Diego and loved it so much I wanted to share them with all my pals. I hired them for a private party and followed their lead and made it an old people party where we all dress up like old folks. My crew were very creative with the theme but Geezer took the party to the next level!! It was at a boat club so they added some captain hats and life jackets in addition to asking me for any specific songs I wanted adding a great personal touch. It’s been over a year since the party and my pals still tell stories and laugh & can’t wait do it again soon.
Geezer brought the house down 90s style with some Weezer and Beastie jams! CEO even got to play drums! People are still talking about it! Highly recommend, only if you want to have the time or your life!
There are tribute bands. There are rock bands. And there are comedy groups. But I’ve never seen a band that flawlessly combines all three elements... until I saw Geezer. First of all, they are hilarious, connecting with their audience in a weird and magnificent way. Secondly, they are amazing musicians- effortlessly transitioning from a Weezer tune to a Beastie Boys song.
We hired them to play my kid’s Bar Mitzvah nearly nine years ago and they blew everyone away. Just the right amount of rock and shtick...shtrock! We loved them so much we hired them again for a birthday party. You can’t go wrong with band. Hire them now! True professionals!

Geezer blend rock, comedy, rap and barbershoppe to hilariously swing the entire history of popular music from AC/DC and Dr Dre back to Buddy Holly and the Beatles, mashed up mid-song with spot-on Weezer and Beastie Boys hits. The world's oldest coverband has been an answer on NPR's Ask Me Another, appeared in a KIA adverisement with Weezer at the band's personal request, headlined Long Beach's sold-out first annual Littlepalooza festival for young grandkids and opened for Vanilla Ice, Coolio and Young MC in front of 6000 hiphop fans for Magic 92.5FM at San Diego's Petco Park. One of the most unique acts of all-time, they're probably the only band on earth that has played dive bars, rap shows, bar mitzvahs, retirement parties, comedy clubs, three-set casino gigs and punk festivals all over the west coast....then passed out cookies.

"They crushed the Beastie Boys material in impression fashion and any Beasties fan who laments that they will never get to see the group again due to MCA’s untimely departure from the planet earlier this year is advised to check out Geezer." -(link hidden)

Anyone who's seen Geezer knows that there is no "normal" setlist. Special songs are learned for related occasions...then forgotten forever. Instant requests and missed lyrics become mashup masterpieces. Tribute band legislators wonder why they're not playing more Weezer. Copycat bands wish they could have as much fun teasing purists. Fans of the elderly wonder who the hell would listen to this crap. Put down your clipboard. Here, maybe this Metamucil will loosen up whatever is preventing you from having fun.
