Genevieve’s belly dance performances bring an exciting and dynamic element to any event. Whether you’re looking for high-quality, unique entertainment for a corporate event of thousands or for a fun girls’-night-in, Genevieve will customize the perfect performance package to leave your guests in awe. She is available for corporate events, weddings, receptions, fundraisers, parties, showers and more. Genevieve’s shows can incorporate finger cymbals (zills/sagat), sword, single veil, double veil, tray balancing (with or without candles), cane (assaya) and Isis wings. And, of course, interaction with your guests is always a priority. If you have a specific request for your event, just ask!

The Belly Gram–-This three-song (10-15 minute) performance is a popular option for birthday and retirement parties or any time you want to surprise a guest of honor. A Belly Gram is the perfect ice breaker to put your guests in the mood to party!

The Standard Show–-A five-song (20-25 minute) performance that can include various props and styles, the Standard Show is great for fundraisers, receptions or any event where you want to make an impression! Book multiple sets to keep the party going longer! Multi-set bookings include a costume change.

The Girls’ Night Special–-Whether you’re planning a bachelorette party, a wedding shower, a reunion or just a fun night with the girls, Genevieve will help make your special evening unforgettable! Start with an exciting three-song performance then take part in a 30-minute mini belly dance lesson, allowing all your guests to be part of the action! This package includes a small gift for the bride or guest of honor.

The Princess Party–-Children are entranced by sparkles and swirling skirts, so what better way to create birthday memories than to hire a real, live belly dancing princess? Genevieve performs one fun, upbeat song as a demonstration, then it’s the party guests’ turn to dance! Genevieve tailors a “lesson” to the age and ability of the guests to ensure everyone has a great time with plenty of laughter and twirling. And those precious photo ops are priceless! This package includes a small gift for the birthday guest of honor.

All performances are family friendly and appropriate for all ages. Please note Genevieve does not perform at bachelor parties or other all-male events.

With an elegant and refined style, Genevieve shares her passion for Middle Eastern dance in every performance. Genevieve brings more than 10 years of belly dance experience to the stage along with previous dance training in ballet and modern dance. Her primary belly dance background is in American Cabaret and Egyptian styles, with a smattering of Turkish for good measure.

As an in-demand instructor, Genevieve taught classes in Rome, Georgia, where she also performed regularly. She continued her performance career in Atlanta and is now pleased to teach and perform in the Auburn, Alabama area. In addition to her solo work, she is a member of Firefly Nights Belly Dance.

Genevieve believes a dancer must continually strive to learn and grow, and she has been privileged to study with many world-renowned dancers through workshops and intensives. Some of those who fundamentally changed her dance journey include Suhaila Salimpour, Ava Fleming and Sahra Saeeda.

Genevieve’s performances create a unique and elegant atmosphere at private and corporate events, weddings, showers and parties.

Genevieve can tailor performances for large stages, small living rooms and anything in between. The size of the performance space will affect what props may be available.

Client must provide a sound system with adequate volume to be heard in the performance space over the crowd and ambient noise. Client is also responsible for providing a safe performance space free of debris and hazards as well as for managing guest behavior during the performance.
