We had a wonderful time! Thank you for taking care of the band and for your generosity!
I did not know what to expect when I hired them to play for my 50th birthday party. They were amazing! They created the whole ambiance for the party, and played excellent dancing music! Everybody talked about what great musicians they are. I highly recommend them!
Response from Ginger & The Hoosier Daddys:
Thank you so much Sima! It was a pleasure! ❤️🎶
We hired Ginger and her band on August 21st for our engagement party. Not only was Ginger prompt in her response time to my emails and event details leading up to the party but she went above and beyond by making sure the band looked the part and played the most amazing sounding music and vocals ever! They were on time and ready to go on cue. Without her, my night would not have been a smash hit!
Response from Ginger & The Hoosier Daddys:
Thank you so much Tifanie! You were both a dream to work with! I might add that the Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs was so great to the band. They treated us like stars!
Thank you again for a fun evening!
Ginger and the Hoosier Daddys were a delight to work with, so professional and on top of everything. They definitely were best part of our Gatsby themed wedding. This band looks and sounds incredible! Ginger's voice live is flawless and they deliver! Couldn't thank them enough for making our wedding exceptional!
Response from Ginger & The Hoosier Daddys:
Thank you so much Dana!
You and Dan were a dream to work with!
For a 1920s themed birthday party we hired Ginger and the Hoosier Daddy's. They were extremely professional and fabulous. It made the birthday extra special! Ginger even taught all our guests how to do the Charleston. The music was wonderful and perfect for the event. I would hire them again in a second.
Ginger and the Hoosier Daddys were the headliner act for our first annual Vintage Day celebration, and they were beyond fantastic! They traveled over 5 hours from Hollywood to our hotel and were nothing but professional and collected the entire time despite the long drive. Ginger is a delight, and as bandleader selected a fantastic range of "all dance numbers" for our event that kept people swinging and foxtrotting and Charlestonning (which is not a word) all evening. The highlights were her Helen Kane/Betty Boop tunes, where she'd pull out her feather boa and say "I'm gonna do another one of -these- songs." Adorable! Absolutely memorable, and even the Art Deco Society of California were so impressed they've asked for a repeat performance. We definitely hope/plan to have her back!
Response from Ginger & The Hoosier Daddys:
Thank you so much!
We had a wonderful time and thank you so much for giving us the royal treatment and treating the band so well! We'd LOVE to come back!
Price Range: $1900.00 and up
Gig Length: 45 - 300 minutes
This band is lead by actress and singer Ginger Pauley and features an all-star band!
We bring old songs into today featuring Old Hollywood and Classic films like "Top Hat", "Swing Time", "42nd Street", "Casablanca" and more! We love the newer classic vintage films too like "Amelie", "Back To The Future", "Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day", Midnight In Paris, and real vintage music from "The Great Gatsby" and older films from "42nd Street" to "Sabrina".
This band will make you want to get up and dance! We feature a fun, bluesy and energetic band playing songs of yesteryear from the early 1900s to the 1950s!
Ginger & The Hoosier Daddys is the result of Ginger Pauley’s love of everything vintage, old Hollywood, jazz and swing. The band is a hand-picked selection of some of the best jazz musicians in the business today. These top-notch experienced musicians can all switch from early Flapper/Charleston/20s style to Big Band/Swing 40s style from song to song. Many of them are also multi-instrumentalists, able to switch seamlessly between two or more instruments during a set for a more full, dynamic band sound throughout the show.
We can provide a 5 to our regular full 7 piece band. We can go as high as 9 pieces. The full 7 piece band is recommended to get a big 1920s theme sound. Our smaller band is perfect for cocktail hour and smaller events. Please let us know how big of a band you'll need when requesting a quote.
Our sound system is suitable for venues of about 200 people or less, indoors, depending on acoustics. For larger venues, a stronger system may need to be provided. We do provide our own costumes, instruments, and basic equipment such as mics and a small sound system. We can also bring an extra microphone for announcements and toasts.
We do not provide lighting or other venue services.
“That’s Why I’m Happy,” the band’s first recording, is available on CD Baby, iTunes, and Amazon.
Please contact us and ask for our demo or look at some of our videos available online on YouTube.
We'd love to play your next party, convention, wedding, birthday, vintage themed, bar mitzvah, jazz festival, or just party for party's sake!
We can supply the sound system for most small events. (up to about 300 people) If your room or event will be larger than that, we'll need to talk about hiring a sound system or sound video company.
