The Glassy Mountain Band is a bluegrass band who enjoys playing and singing well for people to enjoy. But most of all, we hope to glorify God in everything that we do.
I organized a corporate oyster roast at a rustic barn and chose the Glassy Mountain Band to play for the event. Best decision ever! The band members were professional, self sufficient, organized, and sounded fantastic. Many of my event guests gave me positive comments about the band so I hope to be able to book them again for next year's event.

We hired the Glassy Mountain Band for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. They were exactly what we were wanting for the occasion. They were on time and our guests enjoyed every song they played. I’m also very impressed that they were able to play outside in the summer heat with very few breaks. They are all very talented, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bluegrass band for any event.

This group played for our son's engagement party- they were very easy to communicate with, punctual and just the best group- hit a home run finding them!! Everyone loved them, they kept the music flowing continually with only 1 break that I asked them to take- they sounded sooo good- would highly recommend to anyone for any type of gathering!!!

We are so happy that the Glassy Mountain Band was available to perform at our church's Summer Bash! We had a wonderful evening outdoors under the shaded area of our property, and the band played a mixture of gospel and bluegrass to entertain all of our attendees. We had people there of all ages, and all were entertained.
Their voices blend beautifully, and their choices for music were excellent. Loved that they used 1 mic to sing into...Always creates a great sound. I heard many compliments as I walked around. Everyone I spoke with was very impressed. They were there on time, and were so easy to work with. They were very accommodating throughout the entire process from booking till the end of the evening. We will definitely remember them for future events.

As professional as professional can be! They came in time and played right to the end. They even stayed longer than agreed upon (by request). I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again.
Love these guys music. They hung in there even after the wind toppled the tent we had set up for them. Arrived on time and stayed and promised. Great group. Can’t wait to have them again!

The Glassy Mountain Band provided the perfect accompaniment to an 80th birthday surprise celebration in the mountains. They are professional and talented, play bluegrass and gospel covers and original pieces. Highly recommend!
